Lazy eye, Ptosis repair, Upper blepharoplasty, Levator advancement, Levator dehiscence, Visual field deficit

These two patients show eyelid ptosis or commonly known as lazy eye which affected their superior visual field on formal eye testing.  They underwent bilateral upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair utilizing levator advancement flap sutured to the tarsal plate to correct the levator dehiscence.  Postop photos show increase marginal reflex distance (from the light reflex to the upper eyelid margin) most evident on eyebrow raise view.
