This young man suffers an injury to his nose while playing basketball which results in crooked nose and nasal obstruction. An external rhinoplasty approach facilitates the insertion of a right sided spreader graft to counteract the forces of healing resisting the repaired septum to contract come back to the right side, then asymmetric osteotomy to straighten the deviated nasal bone.
